i have pages to post but am waiting for ink and frankly, am too tired to be able to concentrate well and draw steady. i hope this will suffice in lieu of new. this is the painting i did as a fundraiser when they were trying to build the new County Libob. They made posters, prints and note-cards with the image, and then raffled the original. One of our library volunteers won the raffle and donated the painting to the children's section of the library and it hangs there, just at the entrance. :) I'm proud of this piece, not only because it's pretty, but because it proves that one little thing, even a piece of art, can do a lot of good.
