in most pictures of him around this age, his hair is all picture-combed, and that's funny because otherwise it was NEVER really like that. luckily there are some pictures of tiny, wiry him with his wild dandelion hair and giant brown eyes. he turned into such a physically different person by the time he turned 10 or so, but i ALWAYS saw this little boy in his laughing eyes.
